Working in the for-profit education space, our team led efforts to build and execute marketing/acquisition efforts. We successfully built internal acquisition functions (Email, SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Retargeting) from the ground up and hired partners/vendors to help scale as needed. During high growth periods, we also led the implementation of CRM and Marketing automation systems to support internal sales teams with conversion and revenue targets. Through consistent, profitable lead gen and consumer enrollment growth, the organization was able to successfully transition from a sub $60M private organization to a near $1B public company.
